Konus Scopes is a web site owned and operated by Tellar Inc., a Washington State company. Tellar Inc. was created as a sole proprietorship ( Tellar Marketing of Minnesota ) in 1990. The name was changed to Tellar Inc. in 2005 and incorporated in Washington State.
