Our products include Konuspro and Konuspot scopes. These scopes are great scopes with clear optics. They are high quality scopes.

However, if you should happen to have an issue with one of our products, please contact us with your concern. Our goal is to provide you with 100% customer satisfaction.

Return and Exchange Policy

Do not send any product back to KonusScopes.com until you have contacted us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization), or until you have been given other instructions.

Defective Products
All defective products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. (Defective products may need to be handled directly by the manufacturer.) Please contact us for instructions.

Returned Products (Not Defective)
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization), before returning the product to us. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please insure the package for its full retail value. We will not be responsible for damage during shipping. All returns must be in re-sellable condition. Products must be received by KonusScopes.com within 30 days from the purchase date.

We will not accept products purchased from other web sites. We are a reseller for Konus. We are not the Konus Corporation. If you have purchased a product from a different web site or retail location, do not return it to us. If you return a product to us by mistake, you will be responsible for return shipping, insurance, and handling.
